Group Workouts

Working out with a group is fun and can help motivate you to achieve a new level of performance. The camaraderie of a team environment allows you to push harder, knowing you are being supported by friends every step of the way.


DEKK Coaching offers group workouts for its clients designed to help get the most from their training. These fun and welcoming workouts & clinics allow you the chance to ask questions of the coach, and to learn new techniques and training tips. Charges for the group workouts are included with the coaching fees for all DEKK athletes.


If you are not an DEKK-coached athlete, but are interested in participating in our group workouts, please contact us at dave@dekk.ca. We may be able to accommodate you in our next workout if there is space; a drop-in fee will apply.
