Triathlon & Endurance Coaching

DEKK Coaching offers a range of services designed to match the individual needs of the athlete.  Whether it's regular one-on-one guidance to keep you on track with your training, or specific advice to prepare a plan or improve a technical skill, DEKK has a program suited for you.


Our coaching services are tailored for all distances from sprint to iron-distance triathlons, 5K races to ultra-marathons.  It doesn't matter whether you are aiming to cross the finish line for the first time, or are targeting the podium -- our goal is simply to prepare you to be ready to perform at your best, accomplish what you set out to do, and finish with a smile.

One-on-One Coaching

  • Training plan development - in consultation with the athlete
  • Training log feedback & advice by email (weekly)
  • Follow-up meetings by phone/Skype or in-person
  • Group workouts
  • Workout-specific advice
  • Race preparation and mental focus

Training Plan Development & Review

  • SMART goal-setting
  • Training plan development for a specific race - in consultation with the athlete
  • Monthly review of progress toward goals and plan adjustment, if necessary


Minimum Suggested Commitments for Coaching

  • 2 to 3 months minimum (sprint/Olympic distance tri; half-marathon)
  • 4 months minimum (half-iron triathlon; marathon)
  • 6 months minimum (iron-distance triathlon; ultra-marathon)
